What is Aquera?
Aquera’s integration platform uses pre-configured connectors to seamlessly link the isolved HCM Platform with downstream applications, directories, and systems. Once set up, Aquera continuously synchronizes employee data bi-directionally based on events in isolved, such as new hires or terminations. When a lifecycle event occurs, Aquera automatically updates user accounts, generates IT service tickets for manual provisioning tasks when needed, and ensures system access is granted or revoked in real time. All connectors are maintained by Aquera to ensure compatibility even as connected systems evolve, providing reliable and automated data flows without IT overhead.

Once configured, Aquera continuously synchronizes employee lifecycle events such as onboarding and offboarding. The platform automatically provisions and deprovisions user accounts, syncs data across applications, and generates service tickets as needed. Aquera’s cloud-native architecture ensures secure and reliable data flows without the need for extensive IT involvement.
