How does this app work?
The two systems are linked by payroll ID and employee social security number. Some information can be updated in either system and will be passed back and forth. A handful of items are required to be changed in isolved only. Fields should be updated in the alternate system within 90 seconds.
Important information to note:
- It is recommended that all new hires and terminations start in isolved. The integration will allow this from either
- system but required fields could be missed and cause issues.
- Basic demographic information such as addresses, DOB, Hire/Term dates, name, title and status may be updated in either system.
- Employee Navigator is the system of record for all benefit deductions.
- Compensation updates must always be entered into isolved.
- Payroll deductions post one way, from Employee Navigator to isolved only.
- At this time, the employer share of contributions are not exchanged.
- 401(k)/deferred comp is not supported by this integration.
- isolved can NOT handle ACA reporting if the integration is being used. Only deductions are being synced, not full benefit plans.
