Hire2Retire by RoboMQ is a lightweight IGA product that synchronizes isolved People Cloud with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace, and Okta, reflecting new hires, role changes or transitions, and terminations in near real-time. Hire2Retire’s intuitive, drag-and-drop user experience lets companies create organization-specific identity lifecycle automation workflows for role or attribute-driven privilege, access, and resource assignments. It offers ITSM Service Desk integration for resource and asset assignments using tickets, incidents, and workflows. Hire2Retire offers hundreds of third-party access or SCIM connectors, customizable data-rich automated email notifications upon lifecycle changes, and advanced analytics, reporting, and security and compliance audit capabilities that make Hire2Retire a niche Identity and Access Management (IAM) product available.
Hire2Retire eliminates administrative tasks manually done by system admins and provides a faster onboarding experience to new hires for an effective company-wide Identity and Access Management for companies from 200 to 10,000+ employees.

Hire2Retire connects to isolved People Cloud through the isolved API. Once Hire2Retire is registered as an API application in isolved, OAuth authorization establishes a secure connection for real-time data transfer.
