As a member of the HireWith Job Creator Network, we keep you continuously informed as new talent enters the job market. We recommend starting by scheduling a short 15-minute call with our team. We use this time to learn about your company and the positions you're looking to fill. When we come across a candidate who might be a strong fit, we’ll send you a candidate profile that includes a pre-recorded video intro, resume, and payroll knowledge assessment for review. Our goal is to only deliver great matches, so you only pay for our services if one of our candidates gets hired.

How does the app work?

We maintain an evergreen list of available payroll professionals by continuously monitoring the job market for talent with isolved, MasterTax, and similar industry-specific technology experience. Our candidates come to us through acquisition layoffs, referrals, and marketing. When your team is ready to hire, we schedule a short call to learn more about your company and the positions you’re looking to fill. Once a standing agreement is in place, you can request complete candidate profiles from our Job Creator Alerts Newsletter, or we can proactively send you profiles that match your company’s requirements. These profiles include:

• A pre-recorded video interview
• A payroll knowledge assessment
• A resume for each candidate

When you decide to interview a candidate, we’ll help coordinate the interview, discuss feedback, and facilitate the job offer process. You only pay us if you hire one of our candidates.
