The program is available to anyone in an employer-sponsored 401(k) or 403(b) provided by Human Interest Inc. The program is designed especially for first-time savers, and includes educational tools like (k)ickstart webinars and a 10-part series of financial wellness tips and tools, the (k)ickstart curriculum. In addition to education, the program includes a financial incentive: a gift card worth 3% of contributions* (up to $250), terms apply, made by eligible participants during a 12-month saving stint. This is missing our conflict disclosure ref. kickstart & HIA: This program is administered and offered by the recordkeeper, Human Interest Inc. ("HII"). HII's subsidiary and Registered Investment Adviser, Human Interest Advisors' asset-based fees will increase if a plan participant participates in the program.
