How does the app work?

**Integration is only available for isolved Applicant Tracking clients**

Wedge integrates directly with isolved, making your hiring process seamless, and hassle free. There are two ways to invite candidates, automated and one-off. You can set up automated invites when creating a new job. Once the Wedge Interview is assigned, every time a candidate applies and meets their basic qualifications, they will be sent a Wedge Invite. Inviting applicants as a one-off can be done on the applicant's page, and once invited, a badge for Wedge will be displayed on the candidate’s profile. Inside of isolved, you’ll be able to see the candidate status as well - whether they’ve been sent an invite, or whether they’ve completed their interview. When a candidate has completed their interview, you can click on the badge to view the results.
