Founded in 2015, Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits. 

Human Interest is a modern and affordable 401(k) and 403(b) solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Human Interest makes managing a 401(k) easier through automation, our API integration with isolved, and our seamless setup and onboarding!

The program is available to anyone in an employer-sponsored 401(k) or 403(b) provided by Human Interest Inc. The program is designed especially for first-time savers, and includes educational tools like (k)ickstart webinars and a 10-part series of financial wellness tips and tools, the (k)ickstart curriculum. In addition to education, the program includes a financial incentive: a gift card worth 3% of contributions* (up to $250), terms apply, made by eligible participants during a 12-month saving stint.
