MedBridge integrates with isolved to deliver employee training and certification programs using daily and weekly export files.

How does the integration work?

The MedBridge integration includes two isolved export files:

  1. A ‘users’ file with employee information that is sent from isolved to MedBridge daily. MedBridge imports that file to keep employee data up to date in their system. When employees are hired, terminated, or made inactive, MedBridge updates their user account based on what is in the file.

    • All active users are included in the users file

    • Terminated, Inactive/On Leave users are filtered from the file

    • MedBridge will deactivate user accounts by omission

    • If a user is not present on the users_file.csv, they will be removed from the organization in MedBridge

  2. A ‘clinics’ file with location information that is sent from isolved to MedBridge weekly.
