How does the app work?
Configuration and setup is a straightforward process that consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Connecting isolved and NoahFace:
First, the partner or client works with isolved to enable the isolved APIs. Then NoahFace is configured to connect to the isolved APIs to enable the passing of clocking events.
Step 2: Connecting the Hardware:
The iPads, which are provided by the customer, are connected to NoahFace by scanning a QR code. Then the clocks are configured remotely to include the desired features, such as clock-in / clock-out, attestations, labor transfers, etc.
Step 3: Registering Employees:
Once configured, employees perform a one-time registration process that takes approximately 10 seconds.
Once registered, the employee can approach the clock to clock in and out, and the clocking data is captured and sent to isolved for payroll processing.
