How does Rain work?

Rain integrates with isolved through a near real-time data sync. Once live, Rain submits a payroll deduction file into the employer’s existing payroll process on each cycle. Employees can self-onboard through the Rain app and are able to access up to 50% of their earned wages on demand. In addition to wage access, the app also includes savings tools, spending insights, financial coaching, and credit-building features.
