How does the integration work?
isolved has integrated with Swipeclock's Timeworks Plus platform. isolved now supports the sending of certain employee data to Timeworks Plus. Currently, the service covers the sending of employee data to SwipeClock. Sending of data from SwipeClock to isolved is not supported at this time.
Important information to note:
The API pushes employee data to TWP so that you do not have to manually create their employee record for timekeeping. In order for the sync to work, employees must have a unique Timeclock ID. First name and last name are also required. A number of other fields such as hire date, work location, job, supervisor, etc are optional for the sync.
There is a fee for the API – please refer to the API price list in the partner portal. It is a flat fee and you can have as many clients using the API, it does not change the fee.
Employee data IS editable in Swipeclock but it does NOT transfer back to isolved. It is important to remind clients and your staff that any employee changes should be made in isolved.
There IS a single sign-on with Swipeclock for employees and managers from isolved self-service.
