SynergySuite integrates with isolved to help multi-unit restaurants manage back-of-house operations and sync employee data through the isolved REST API.
How does the integration work?
This integration utilizes the isolved REST API to get employee data from isolved to populate the employee records in SynergySuite and a manual Hours import. Currently, it is not possible to post hours from SynergySuite to isolved through the API. Therefore, SynergySuite produces an Hours export file in the Timecard 2 specification that the client can manually import into isolved. SynergySuite can customize the hours export file per client as required.
